Bukurije Aljiji

Bukurije Maqani Aljiji “Buki” is the Director of Business Operations and Grant Management in the Division for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Virginia. She has been at UVA for 22 years, in positions with the Office of the General Counsel, Health Sciences Library, and most recently with the Office of the Vice President for Information Technology. Buki has a wealth of experience in business operations, budgeting, human resources, and grants management within the university environment.

She has a B.A. in Humanities and a M.Ed. in Higher Education from University of Virginia.
