At the University of Virginia we are engaging the Inclusive Excellence (IE) framework to synergize and support our collective diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts. We feel strongly that a collaborative and area specific approach to IE planning, while using a collective framework and vision, offers the greatest opportunity to co-create goals and actions that will cultivate and sustain equity and transformational organizational change. Based on UVA's 2030 Strategic Plan the following specific vision statements have oriented our institution-wide planning efforts to build for collective impact.
